- Are you completing your program in the Spring 2025 semester? (That is, will you finish all requirements for your degree program in May 2025?)
- Do you plan to file an application with USCIS for Optional Practical Training (OPT)?
If you answered YES to those questions, attendance at an OPT Workshop is required before OIS can issue you an OPT Recommendation I-20. During the workshop we will cover OPT eligibility, timeline, process for applying, the forms to fill out, and what to expect from USCIS.
